INTERACTIVE STORYTELLING AND IMMERSIVE TECHNOLOGY
Choose your favorite Hogwarts™ house, wand, and Patronus to begin a personalized journey through this immersive experience: plop down in Hagrid’s™ giant chair, squeeze into the Cupboard Under The Stairs, and practice your Quidditch™ skills by throwing a Quaffle, all while learning behind-the-scenes filmmaking details.

Our sessions are sold in 30 minute increments, you will have the full 30 minute window to arrive for your session. If you are later than 30min, we will be able to accommodate you in the following session as long as space allows.
Tickets for the exhibition provide one-time entry. Once guests are inside the exhibition, they may not re-enter. Should a guest need to step out of the exhibition for an emergency, please notify the nearest staff member.
Visitors aged 15 years or younger must be accompanied by a visitor aged at least 16.
Visitors of all ages can enjoy Harry Potter: The Exhibition; however, some immersive elements may scare little ones, so it is not recommended for children under 4 years old.
Yes! We encourage visitors to celebrate the Wizarding World by dressing up. Wands are also permitted inside the exhibition. Please share your photos with us using @harrypotter_exhibition and #HarryPotterExhibition!
TAXI: The distance between Barcelona city center and Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell) is 2 km, a taxi ride of approximately 10 minutes.
METRO: Line 4 (L4) of the Barcelona metro, provides access to Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell). When you arrive at the Barceloneta stop, it is 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by taxi.
BUS: Bus lines V15 and V19 run through the Pg Joan de Borbó – Pepe Rubianes and Pg Joan de Borbó – Almirall Aixada, the closest to Port Vell (Pla de Miquel Tarradell).
TRAIN: In Passeig de Gracia, change to the yellow metro line (L4) towards Barceloneta. When you arrive at the Barceloneta stop, you can walk to the exhibition in 10 minutes or 3 minutes by taxi.
Guests are welcome to visit the venue by bike. Please note, bike parking will not be availble within the exhibition; however, there are bike storage spaces available throughout Porte Vell.
Yes! The nearest car park is Parking Barceloneta Port Vell Telpark.

All guests ages X and up require a ticket for entry. Ages X and under are welcome to visit, and do not need a ticket. Please note that due to space limitations, strollers are not permitted.

Flex tickets make a great gift as they allow guests to purchase tickets without pre-selecting a date or time for their visit. These can be redeemed at any time the exhibition is open.
If you have a Flex ticket, you are welcome to visit the exhibition on any date or time that we are open. There is no need to confirm your time before you arrive. Please refer to our operating hours above when planning your visit. Most guests spend 60-90min inside the exhibition.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is committed to the health and safety of our staff and guests. As such, all local, state, and territorial regulations are followed in each venue.
Yes! All locations are accessible for people with reduced mobility. Most gallery screens have closed captions for the hearing impaired.
Guests with sensory sensitivity should be aware that the exhibition features ambient music, sound bites from the films, non-strobe flashing lights, motion triggered sound and video, and other media moments throughout.

Oversized bags and backpacks may be asked to be checked at the venue lobby during periods of high visitation.
Small cameras and mobile phones are supported, but please note that professional camera equipment, such as external lighting, is not allowed inside the exhibition. We encourage visitors to take lots of photos during their visit. Feel free to tag us on Instagram @harrypotter_exhibition!

Because we are showcasing authentic props and costumes from various Wizarding World productions, displayed items will vary by venue.
Harry Potter: The Exhibition is a celebration of all eight Harry Potter films and the greater Wizarding World. Iconic story moments and behind the scenes information are featured throughout the experience. It is not necessary to have seen all the films in order to enjoy the exhibition, but visitors will see content from the full timeline of the franchise.
